Who can I contact if I have questions on the day of the wedding?
We kindly ask that you avoid contacting the couple on the day of the wedding. Please reach out to Jace Thibault at 780-863-2420 or Jason Mireau at 780-700-9949 if you have any questions or concerns.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. Guests who wish to attend the ceremony are encouraged to arrive 20–30 minutes early. Please note that access to the space will be paused once the ceremony begins and will reopen for the reception.
What time does the evening end?
Late; exact timing will depend on the flow of the night, but there will be plenty of time to dance, eat, and enjoy yourselves.
Where can I park?
The venue does not have dedicated parking. However, this is the land of many parking lots, so there are plenty of paid options nearby, along with street parking. If you plan to drink, please consider taking transit, a taxi, or a rideshare.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is located downstairs and is accessible only by a large staircase. Unfortunately, this means the space is not wheelchair accessible.
Is there a coat check?
Yes; 99ten has a coat check.
Are there hotel options nearby?
Yes, there are several hotels near the venue for a range of budgets. Book directly with whichever works for you, and sooner rather than later. It's the August long weekend, so downtown rooms will fill up. Airbnb and VRBO also have quite a few options.
Will there be alcohol served?
Alcohol will be available; 99ten is a fully licensed venue with a full‑service bar. We will provide two drink tickets for those who are 18 and over. We only ask that everyone enjoys themselves responsibly. Good chance we have some tickets available for the best dancers of the evening.
What kind of food are you serving?
We'll be serving food from The Common upstairs. The menu will be a buffet, and dietary restrictions will be accommodated to the best of our ability. If you have a restriction you haven't told us about, please let us know as soon as possible.
Will there be dancing?
Yes. The venue is normally a nightclub; if you know Jasmine, you already know what you are signing up for here. Bring comfortable shoes.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, absolutely; it’s encouraged. We have a photographer who will be capturing moments throughout the evening, but the more photos, the better. We just ask you send us any photos you have taken.
Can I give a speech or toast?
There are no scheduled or planned speeches/toasts. If you'd really like to - just talk to our handsome MC Mark and he'll get you set.
Will Big Hank and Patricia Petunia be there?
We would love to include them, but anyone who has met our lovable creatures knows this would end in untold chaos. They send their regards and a few enthusiastic snorts. Hank would wink but he can't anymore, that's just a blink.
